Dan is a Senior Manager in our Assurance Department who works with clients to provide complete, accurate and timely financial statements to financial institutions, boards of directors and investors, in accordance with the required level of assurance. He specializes in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, as well as employee benefit plan audits.

Dan takes a tremendous amount of pride in being considered a trusted advisor to his clients. He enjoys working with business owners and management teams to help find solutions to the problems that keep them up at night. These projects have included calculating overhead rates to properly cost products, preparing financial statement projections and budgets, and reviewing accounting policies and procedures to ensure the proper internal controls exist.

Most of Dan’s career has been spent in public accounting, however, he also spent two years as the controller for a ~$100M company. He gained a profound appreciation for the demands presented on the industry side. Dan uses his experience from both sides of the aisle to bring a unique value to our clients.

Dan graduated from Cleveland State University in 2009 with his bachelor’s in accounting and is a certified public accountant. He lives in Olmsted Falls with his wife and three children.
